As a graduate of Cornell University his education  stressed negotiations, mediation and arbitration which have been extremely effective tools in his record setting Real Estate career. Additionally, Brian has worked in an investment firm in New York and has built his own portfolio of waterfront property here in Sarasota.

Brian became the #1 AGENT FOR BUYER CONTROLLED SALES at Coldwell Banker in his first year. In his second year he was the #2 Agent in total sales volume having sold over 8 million. In his third year he went on to be the # 1 Agent at RE/MAX on the Key by selling in excess of 18 million in 2000.  In year 2001 Brian sold in excess of 24 million and was the number one agent on Siesta Key in total sales volume. Brian was the Platinum club Award Winner 3 years in a row with RE/MAX.
