SIESTA KEY AREA INFORMATION

Siesta Key boasts some of Sarasota County’s premium restaurants and the finest, whitest sand in the world. Siesta Key is an eight-mile long barrier island located just off the shore of Sarasota in the Gulf of Mexico. Approximately 100 condominiums are dotted along the beaches. Prices for condominium units with full beach views range from $400,000 - $1,700,000. Condominium units are also available along the Bay front of Siesta Key ranging in price from $200,000 to the $1,500,000’s.

LONGBOAT KEY AREA INFORMATION

Longboat Key is the island which lies just north of Lido Key in Sarasota County.  The island is home to some of Sarasota's most exclusive homes and beachfront condominiums.  Eleven miles of pristine beaches are dotted with exclusive condominiums and resorts such as the Longboat Key Club and The Colony.  Longboat is known for it's exclusive amenities such as beachfront golf course and private yacht club.

BIRD KEY AREA INFORMATION

People of discriminating taste have come from all over the world to make their home on Bird Key which holds the distinction as Sarasota's only completely private residential island.  Bird Key, north of Siesta Key and south of Longboat Key is located along the corridor which stretches across the bay  from Sarasota's vibrant down town to Lido Key's St. Armands Circle.  Bird Key is renowned for it's excellent boating water and of course it's yacht club which is pictured above.  As of February 20, 2001 thirty one fine residences are available for purchase on Bird Key ranging in price from $419,000 to $4,950,000.

LIDO KEY AREA INFORMATION

Lido Key is located just south of Longboat Key and just north of Siesta Key. Lido and Longboat Keys are connected via drawbridge. Ringling Causeway connects both islands to Sarasota vibrant downtown waterfront.  The north end of Lido Key, known as Lido Shores is the location of some of the most grand and luxurious beach front homes. Lido Key is also home to the world famous St. Armands Circle, one of the most visited places in Sarasota.  Some of the areas finest shops and restaurants line the circle at the heart of Lido Key.  In addition to shops of St. Armands Lido Key has a beautiful public beach and a large park located at the south end of the Island.
